Bilal is a retainer serving under Scythe Viessa Vritra. He was stationed on the small elven village of Eidelholm, where during the scouting portion of the village rescue mission, Ellie and Tessia heard a pair of soldiers talking about Bilal. They claimed that he was worse than Jagrette and then confirmed that he was a retainer.

On the same night of the scouting, Bilal fought against Tessia and Albold, while the rest of the team was pre-occupied with freeing and evacuating the elf prisoners. Despite being a retainer, he was not able to injurie Tessia, although Albold was severely injured by him, with cuts on his chest and stomach. As the elves were being evacuated, Bilal appeared next to the rescue team, to try and stop the evacuation, in desperation.

After Ellie fired a mana arrow to make a barrier around Tessia, Bilal took advantage of that situation and tried to pierce Tessia in her side and leg. However, he failed, and Tessia was able to pierce his mana core trough his back and kill him. After his body fell to the ground, vines wrapped around him and his body was pulled into the ground.

Appearance

Bilal looks like a walking skeleton, with white flesh and a pale and puffy face. His eyes were like empty holes because of how sunken and dark they were and a flat, greenish hair like dead sea grass clung to his forehead and cheeks. He was tall and awkwardly thin, with sharp limbs, while on his back his spine and ribs were sharply defined.

Backgrond

Rumor has it, when the three siblings, Bivrae, Bilial and Bivran were but eight or nine years old, they were found alone in their home. It had been destroyed in some kind of explosion and the triplets were the only survivors. The sibling later beame known as The Dead Three. Bilal later replaced Jagrette as retainer of Truacia after her death.

Relationships

Bivran: Bilal had a brother that was in the forest during the attack, named Bivran, who looks like having the same kind of toxic magic as him. Ellie managed to kill him with the help of Boo and got a dimensional ring from him. Later she used it in order to tease Bilal.

Bivrae: his sister, Bivrae, is later seen grieving her brothers deaths.

Abilities & Skills

• Dual Toxic Blades : when extending his sickly green mana from his arms he is able to make two long toxic swords, being also able to extend their length by several feet.
• Mana redirection : he can quickly redirect mana from attack to defense and vice versa.
• Toxic armor : by redirecting his mana to disperse around his body, Bilal is able to create a suit of toxic armor.

Notes & Trivia

• When Bilal is around, a rot odor can be smelled.
