Bivrae was the last Retainer of Truacia under Scythe Viessa Vritra. She was a member of The Dead Three along with her brothers Bilal and Bivran.

In the Victoriad, she is described as having thin, sharp limbs and a stance as if her bones were put together the wrong way. She wears black robe sheer and cut in places to reveal her ribs and spine. She also has gray sickly skin. Nico describes her as looking like a handful of broken sticks and swamp sludge stuck together.
