Summary[]
Reynold contemplates on his conversation with Arthur and ends up having guilts for not being able to say 'son'. such a simple term of endearment. It took him a while dragging his sorry feet at the cave.
Looking around, the only one he could see was Elder Rinia, who was cradling something by the fire, with him not being able to bring himself to go inside the tent to face his family he sat by Elder Rinia. Elder Rinia told Reynold that Arthur left already, also revealing the fact that she knew about Arthur's Secret. After Elder Rinia admonished Reynold she gave the thing that she was cradling to him and said it was a gift from Arthur's master for the Leywin family and left to prepare some food.
After Reynold carefully peeled away the layers of the blanket what inside was a small bear infant mana beast. With Ellie getting sight of the mana beast after she left the tent she asked his Father if she can have it, with the mana beast appearing to accept Ellie as it's master Reynold decided to give it to his daughter to protect her. She named the mana beast Boo and went to help out Elder Rinia in preparing the food with Boo and told his Father that her Mother is awake.
Reynold then immediately stood up from his seat and went inside the tent to console his remorseful wife.
