Exeges is a basilisk and member of the Vritra clan. He is also the Sovereign of Etril.
Arthur, Sylvie and Chul set out on a mission on Seris' behalf to kill him, but they find he has already been killed when they arrive at his castle in the city of Nirmala.[1] This is later revealed to be Agrona's doing.[2]
