Mica Earthborn, also known by her codename Ohmwrecker, is one of the six Lances of Dicathen, representing the Kingdom of Darv. She is a descendant of the noble Earthborn family, who are well known for establishing Earthborn Institute.
Appearance[]
Despite her age, Mica has a body that resembles a human child. Unlike the typical appearance of a muscular build associated with dwarves, Mica appears short and thin with pale skin and short, curly hair. The only indication of her dwarven origin is her pointed ears. Mica later loses one of her eyes, replacing it with an onyx stone.
Personality[]
Mica has a more ditzy, chirpy personality and tends to speak in a childish tone, often referring to herself in the third person. Similar to a child, she acts playful, finding excitement and often giggling in a fight. Mica is incapable of teaching since she learned magic through intuition. Olfred Warend points out that a pebble is more capable of teaching compared to Mica. She hates when others discuss her real age, as shown when she attacks Olfred for almost revealing her age. When angered, Mica starts to refer to herself in the first person. Despite her loyalty to the King of Darv, Mica is displeased with the king, calling him "selfish." She also feels strongly against slavery, especially dwarven slaves in the Kingdom of Sapin.
Background[]
Mica is a member of the influential Earthborn family, a family that is known for their gifted conjurers and founding Earthborn Institute, to which she of course attended and later graduated from. Mica became a royal guard, and eventually a candidate to become a Lance of Darv.
Quotes[]
- (To Aldir) "Welcome to Mica's world. Don't die!"[2]
- (To Arthur) "Mica may look like this but Mica's a little too old for you."[3]
- (To Arthur and Olfred) "Whatever. As long as there's alcohol and a cozy bed, Mica will be happy."[4]
