Abilities & Skills[]
As princess of Elenoir and heiress to the throne, Tessia has exceptional authority within her kingdom as well as its subjects. She is shown to have her own squadron of knights that are meant to protect her at all times. As President of the Student Council of Xyrus Academy, Tessia acts as the leader of the entire student body and has authority to give out punishments to any rule breakers. Because of this, Tessia exudes a natural leadership and is shown to be quite mentally strong enough to strategize in the heat of battle.
As to be expected of the granddaughter of Virion Eralith, Tessia has proven to be an outstanding mage, as she awakened her mana core at the age of nine and was able to develop much faster than most children her age. Her talent in wind magic was impressive enough for her to not only be trained by her grandfather, but the Director of Xyrus Academy herself, as she reached the light orange stage of her mana core, as well as became a dual-elemental deviant by the time she was thirteen. As a testament to her power, Tessia was said to only be able to use half her true power after assimilating with her Beast Will, and was shown to fight evenly and even at times overwhelm Curtis Glayder in their mock duel. After absorbing the elixir from Arthur, Tessia was able to reach the Initial Silver Stage of her mana core cultivation, giving her an even greater mana pool than before.
Conjurer: Tessia is a Conjurer Mage, therfore someone who supplements their own mana core with mana from the outside world, to exert mana into their surroundings in the form of spells. While most conjurers rely on using wands or staffs with high caliber crystals to manifest and exert their spells, Tessia is shown to not only be capable of soundless chanting, but also conjuring spells without the need of a wand, giving off the appearance of an Augmenter mage. As she was trained in combat by two prominent figures of the Second War, Tessia is a mid-range fighter, versatile in a variety of offensive and defensive spells and combat. She is mostly shown to fight at close range with her swordsmanship and utilize long range to defend herself.
Wind-Elemental: As the granddaughter of Virion Eralith, Tessia has a single specialization in the attribute of Wind. Tessia utilizes her wind magic with her swordsmanship to conjure wind based slashing attacks as well as compressed air bullets, and gale force to attack and push her opponents. Her mastery in wind magic was strong enough that the Director of Xyrus Academy, Cynthia Goodsky, was willing to take her as a pupil, despite never taking on a personal student in her entire career.
Plant Deviant: As an elf, Tessia is a deviant in plant, a rare form of deviant magic that can only be wielded by exceptionally powerful elves. While her wind magic is formidable in its own right, Tessia's mastery of plant magic is the true testament of Tessia's power. Tessia can conjure and control a variety of plants and flora to immobilize her opponents. Tessia is shown to use her plant magic for both offensive and defensive purposes. During her assimilation, her plant magic was shown to shape itself into spears as and pierce at Arthur.
- Root Snare: Tessia conjures large roots from the ground to immobilize her opponents. The roots are large enough to be mistaken for trees. This was first seen in her mock battle with Curtis Glayder to gain distance from him.
- To conjure the spell, Tessia chants: "Presence of nature, spread your roots and obey my command..."
Beast Will: After being gifted the Beast Will of an Elderwood Guardian, Tessia officially became a Beast Tamer. During her assimilation however, Tessia had little to no control over her beast will as the core was corrupted and would at times overwhelm Tessia. Due to her assimilation, Tessia was only capable of using half her power when in combat. When she was nearly consumed by her Beast Will, Arthur gave Tessia an elixir to help her gain full control over and officially assimilate with the S-Class Mana Beast. Tessia was shown to utilize the S-Class monster's abilities during her duel with Curtis Glayder, as she conjured a cloud of mist to obstruct his vision.
- Acquired Phase: Through the usage of her first stage of her Elderwood Guardians Beast Will, a thin layer of emerald green envelopes her like a second skin. Afterwards, this aura around her explodes out from under her feet, spreading through the grass. At that point, Tessia can then summon and control multiple vines that can be used for both defending and attacking.
- Integrate Phase: In her second stage, her body is covered in a thick, emerald aura that coils around her. Tessia’s fair skin had lightened to a pale, ivory tone while her hair and even eyebrows had changed to a forest green shade. The child’s turquoise eyes shined brighter, with intricate markings spreading around her eyes, making her seem otherworldly—almost celestial. The translucent green aura surrounding her can mold itself into two emerald blades in her hands. Yet it wasn’t just the two blades in her hands that were her weapons—she was able to mold her aura into almost whatever shape she saw fit.
Swordsmanship: Tessia alongside Arthur was trained in swordsmanship under her grandfather. Tessia is shown to be a master swordswoman even without the use of mana, as she was capable of keeping up with her grandfather as well as Arthur during their training. Tessia is shown to utilize her plant and wind magic with her swordsmanship, and fight close range unlike most conjurers. Her sword also contains a high cailber mana crystal at the pommel of the hilt that she uses for long range wind attacks.
