Season 1[]
Tessia Eralith was born as the crown princess of the Kingdom of Elenoir to Alduin and Merial Eralith, and is the granddaughter of Virion Eralith, the former king of Elenoir. Despite growing up in a loving family, Tessia did not have many friends as others would attempt to get close to her for personal gains. Tessia spent her early childhood feeling lonely and distant from others as a result.
The Elshire Forest[]
After getting into a fight with her parents, Tessia ran away from home and into the Elshire Forest. Her parents had not run after her, since they know where her usual hiding spot is, but while Tessia was running, she was kidnapped by human slave traders, who planned to sell her for their own gains. While she was being tied up and kept in the back of the slave traders' wagon, a young boy named Arthur Leywin witnessed the kidnapping and quietly pursued the criminals to rescue Tessia. While the traders were camping at night, Arthur strategically murdered the kidnappers before safely rescuing Tessia.
After killing the slave traders, Arthur rescued Tessia, but kept her blindfolded as he escorted her away from the camp in order to spare her from the sight of the death bodies. Once they were a good distance away from the corpses, Arthur removed the blindfold from Tessia and bid her farewell. Scared and lost in the forest, Tessia begged Arthur to help her find her way back home. Despite Arthur wanting to return to his parents, he reluctantly agrees to take her home as they steal the supplies left by the slave traders.
While navigating through the Elshire Forest, Arthur and Tessia became friends in a short time and openly shared their personal lives, though Tessia kept the fact that she was the princess of Elenoir a secret. At night, Tessia would be too scared to sleep by herself and would shyly ask Arthur to sleep in the tent with her.
The Kingdom of Elenoir[]
After days of navigating, Tessia and Arthur arrive at the teleportation gate to the capital of the Elenoir Kingdom. After returning home, Tessia is immediately greeted by a squadron of knights, followed by Tessia’s family, who reveal her position as the princess, much to the shock of Arthur. After Tessia reunited with her family, King Alduin thanks Arthur for his efforts in returning Tessia back home and invites him to their castle, where he recounted his and Tessia’s journey together. Despite showing an initial prejudice towards humans, Alduin expresses his gratitude toward Arthur for rescuing his daughter and offered him an escort back to Sapin, upsetting Tessia as she wanted him to stay longer.
That night, Tessia visited Arthur’s room and expressed her discomfort over Arthur leaving, while head butting him in the gut. Thereafter, Arthur asks Tessia to show him around the castle to make up for the fact that he is not staying any longer, which Tessia happily did. While showing Arthur her glow bee harvest, they are suddenly interrupted by her grandfather Virion’s sneak attack. Virion, having taken an interest in Arthur’s power, has a spar with Arthur to see how powerful he is. Tessia watched as Arthur displayed his power and even managed to injure Virion. Following that, Virion offers Arthur to be his disciple and asks him to remain in Elenoir. Arthur at first disagreed, because he wanted to know about his families well-being. Moreover, he also knows that a human wouldn’t be treated well in the Elven Kingdom. Nevertheless, Virion ensures him that he can handle everything and tells Arthur that he only needs to follow him.
Excited that Arthur would be staying, Tessia accompanied Arthur and her grandfather to visit her great-aunt Rinia Darcassan, a clairvoyant deviant mage, who helps Arthur to contact his family. After assuring Arthur of his parents' well-being, Arthur was officially welcomed in the kingdom of Elenoir and was allowed to explore the Kingdom together with Tessia.
While exploring the city, they meet other children of the kingdom, led by Feyrith Ivsaar III. Feyrith was very hostile towards Arthur and advised Tessia not to associate with him as he was a human, despite being the first disciple of the former King Virion. While Tessia wanted to avoid the other children, Arthur took the opportunity to bully the arrogant child by purposely mispronouncing his name as Ivysaur, which Tessia found funny. Insulted by the words of a human, Feyrith challenged Arthur to a traditional elven duel. Despite Tessia’s pleas, Arthur accepted the duel. Once Tessia commenced the duel, Arthur immediately punched Feyrith in the face, knocking him out unconscious. Before anyone could react, Tessia immediately grabbed Arthur and ran off with him. While admiring the view of the kingdom, Arthur admitted to Tessia that he was excited to train with Virion and couldn’t wait to see what the future had in store for him.
Season 2[]
For the next three years, Arthur would live with Tessia and her family as he trained under Virion. Tessia herself would awaken her mana when she was 9 years old, doing so in her sleep and destroying her room as a result of the implosion. With a mana core of her own, Tessia began training her conjuring skills with a tutor and fighting skills with Virion. While she found it unfair that Arthur didn’t have to physically fight her grandfather like she does, Tessia was still amused by the fact that Arthur could still feel pain, whenever she used her mana on him.
A New Generation[]
On the day when Arthur finally assimilated the mana from his body, Tessia treated the day like any other by using mana to twist Arthur’s ankle to wake him up. Arthur naturally complained about Tessia’s not so pleasant wake up calls, but Tessia retorted that Arthur was the one who couldn’t wake up, when she tried an softer approach and that he should be grateful that a pretty girl like her was coming to wake him up in the first place. This lead to Arthur jokingly remarking under his breath, that he found the maids of the castle plenty pretty, a remark that did not go unnoticed by the angry princess.
After a brief lesson on mana affinity, Tessia watched as Virion ignited Arthur’s mana core, but was blown away by the force of the implosion caused by his beast will. Tessia immediately rushed to Arthur’s side, where Arthur revealed that he assimilated with the beast will of a dragon. Tessia later went to Arthur’s room, where she came across his new bond, a baby dragon he named Sylvie. Tessia was immediately love-struck by the adorable creature and screamed in euphoria over how cute Arthur’s new bond was.
For the next four months, Tessia and Arthur would continue training together as well as enjoy their time together exploring the city, until it was revealed to Tessia that Arthur would be leaving sooner than later due to the teleportation gate leading to Sapin opening earlier than expected thanks to a tournament organized by the three kingdoms. Despite everyone’s attempts to comfort her, Tessia was heartbroken over the fact that her best friend was going to leave. On the day of his departure, she and Virion saw Arthur off before he departed for Xyrus City. Arthur promised Tessia that they would see each other again. Arthur then embraced Tessia, letting her know that he was going to miss her. Tessia, brought to tears, admitted that she would miss him too as they said temporarily bid goodbye to each other.
As the rest of the year went on, Tessia would spend most of her time alone in her room while missing her best friend. Eventually, she asked her aunt Rinia to use her clairvoyance magic to let her see Arthur again. Rinia gave Tessia a water-filled orb that could show her Arthur’s current situation. While she was happy to see him reunited with his family again, she became jealous when she noticed that Arthur was now spending time with another girl named Lilia Helstea. One on fateful day, while she was brooding in her room, she is interrupted by her grandfather, who playfully teases her over spying on Arthur as well as declaring him his future grandson-in-law. An embarrassed Tessia threw her pillows at her grandfather as she screamed at him to leave her alone.
Virion, however, had come with good news. He told her that she would have the chance to see Arthur again, if she attended the same school as him at Xyrus Academy. Her parents entered the room to reaffirm Virion’s words as Xyrus Academy would be integrating students from all the three kingdoms to further unite the people of Dicathen. Tessia was ecstatic at the prospect of reuniting with Arthur again and vowed to train even harder to get accepted into Xyrus Academy as she eagerly awaited the day, when she and Arthur would meet again.
Season 3[]
For the next two years, Tessia continued to train with her grandfather. Tessia relocated to Xyrus City where she would continue her training under the Director of Xyrus Academy Cynthia Goodsky, eventually becoming a deviant in plant magic. In that time, Tessia began attending Xyrus Academy where she was appointed as Student Council President. Tessia would occasionally check up on Arthur, watching him as he went on his adventures while being mentored by Jasmine Flamesworth.
On the night of Eleanor Leywin's birthday party, Tessia, accompanied by a maid, dropped off a gift for Arthur's sister, encouraging her to grow stronger so she may fight beside her brother. Tessia then quietly left without being noticed. When asked by her maid why she did not want to see Arthur, Tessia expressed that she would see Arthur once he began attending Xyrus, and that he should focus on his sister for the night.
Season 4[]
School Days in Xyrus Academy[]
Tessia was present for the opening ceremony in Xyrus Academy where she, along with the rest of the student council, gave an opening speech expressing her desire to see the students put aside their differences and cast aside the old ways of their previous generations. With the opening ceremony concluded, Tessia, along with her Vice President Clive Graves and Secretary Lilith Helstea, discussed their itinerary. Tessia however was lost in thought, as she pondered over how she would reunite with Arthur. To her dismay however, she saw Arthur not a moment sooner in a dispute with a noble student, Nicolas Dreyl. Fearing what he would do to the noble, Tessia approached the crowd and stopped Nicolas from attacking Arthur. Lilia immediately rushed to Arthur out of concern, surprising Tessia as she did not recognize Lilia as the girl Arthur spent his time with when he returned to Sapin. She was further shocked when Arthur proclaimed that he and Lilia had been living together, leaving Tessia speechless. Nicolas tried to defend himself, claiming that he was only trying to scare Arthur. While Clive originally wanted to let Nicolas off with a warning over his actions, Tessia refused as she scolded Nicolas over his inexcusable behavior and threatened him with the consequences of attacking students. Tessia promised Nicolas that his actions would be reported as the cowardly noble was forced to flee.
Tessia then turned her attention to Arthur, rebuking him over picking fights on his first day. Arthur however, defended his actions as Nicolas was about to cripple another student. As Arthur turned to leave, Clive then grabbed Arthur from behind, and reprimanded Arthur over his tone toward Tessia as he insulted Arthur over his upbringing and status. Tessia tried to stop Clive, only for Arthur to toss Clive away. Arthur then took off, along with his roommate Elijah Knight, leaving Tessia behind. Tessia later returned to her room where she sulked over how horrible her reunion with Arthur went, as well as Arthur living with Lilia. She was then approached by Clive who came to check on her, only for Tessia to turn him away, while also ridiculing him over what transpired. Tessia could only mope, as she contemplated over how to approach Arthur to apologize, as well as scream in frustration over how many girls would be attracted to him.
Later at night, Tessia approached the cafeteria where she witnessed Arthur once again being harassed by another student named Charles Ravenpor II. Before Charles could attack Arthur, Tessia used her plant magic to restrain him while she stepped outside before anyone noticed. Arthur, having noticed Tessia, stepped outside where he and Tessia sat in awkward small talk. The two tried to apologize for earlier, only for the both of them to hit each other in the head as they turned to face each other. Tessia expressed her worry over Arthur resenting her, but Arthur assured her that she was still his friend despite their different statuses in school. The two formally apologized to each other as they were joined by Sylvie. Tessia and Arthur walked around campus where they shared their stories over Arthur's adventures and Tessia's training under Director Goodsky. Arriving at the dorms, Arthur gifted Tessia the beast will of an Elderwood Guardian that he managed to obtain. Arthur bid her goodnight as Tessia was left flustered over Arthur's gift.
Team-Fighting Mechanics Class[]
Some time after, Tessia presumably assimilated with the Elderwood Guardian's will, making her an official beast tamer. On the first day of school, Tessia presented to the student body the Disciplinary Committee, and was surprised to see Arthur was a member. Over the course of the first day, Tessia would keep tabs on Arthur from her master Cynthia, learning of his new role as teacher of Practical Mana Manipulation as well as his desire to keep a low profile at school. Later that day, Tessia would see Arthur again during their class in Team-Fighting Mechanics I. Tessia was upset to see how close he was to Claire Bladeheart, making Tess walk off pouty. The class began as the teacher Vanesy Glory descended from the sky on her Flare Hawk bond, Torch. Noticing everyone's hostility towards Arthur for his new status as a professor, Vanesy put together a training exercise for the first class, pitting the Diciplinary Committee member's Arthur, Claire, and Prince Curtis Glayder against Tessia, Clive, and a volunteer named Lucas Wykes.
While preparing for the mock battle, Tessia helped Arthur with his gear, surprising Arthur due to her ignoring him earlier. Arthur assured Tessia that she doesn't have to pretend not to know him to keep a low profile, only that he wanted to keep Sylvie's identity a secret, his mana core level, as well as the fact that he was actually a quadra-elemental mage. As the mock battle commenced, Tessia squared off against Curtis, along with his bond Grawder. While the battle was underway, Tessia began to feel large bouts of pain from her core as a result of her recent assimilation. Tessia however, refused to forfeit and continued her fight with Curtis. Curtis then mounted Grawder as he activated his first phase of his beast will, preparing to attack Tessia with World's Howl. In an effort to keep her distance, Tessia used Root Snare, but the surge of pain grew stronger, causing her to collapse just as Curtis fired World's Howl directly at her. Before Vanesy could intervene, Tessia was saved in time by Arthur, who shielded her from the blast. The two were immediately sent to the medical ward where they received treatment.
Tessia would not see Arthur again until much later where she, along with her family, visited Arthur in his hospital wing, as well as formally meet Arthur's family. Arthur's parents were especially happy to meet Tessia and expressed their joy and approval of Tessia, causing Tessia to blush. Arthur's sister Eleanor however, was slightly jealous of Tessia, but thanked her for the bow she gifted her. Eleanor then demanded Arthur to tell her who was prettier between her and Tessia, only for Arthur to call both of them ugly, aggravating the ladies. Tessia came to Arthur's room again after everyone had left, expressing her gratitude toward Arthur. Tessia then apologized to Arthur as she kissed him, before running away.
Assimilation with Arthur[]
Arthur began avoiding Tessia shortly afterwards, until Arthur finally met up with Tessia to help her assimilate her beast will. Inside of the private training room Cynthia Goodsky had provided them, Arthur begins explaining that he believes they should remain friends, due to their young age, making light of the situation. Tessia was infuriated after listening to Arthur's pathetic explanation. She retorted back, stating that though Arthur was extremely talented in many fields, he was awful when it came to confronting his feelings. She also states that due to his confidence in other skills, Arthur masks his insecurities and refuses to face them. Tessia left Arthur in fury and even skipped her next class so as to avoid him. The two would not see each other again, until Arthur, after collecting his thoughts, decided to confront Tessia once more to sort out his feelings. He apologized for making excuses and earnestly confessed that he reciprocated Tessia's feelings. However, he asks Tessia to be patient and wait a couple of years for him to mature as he was not ready for a relationship. Afterward, Tess smiles and tells him to not make her wait for too long. He promises her that he will not find another girl, and as reassurance kisses Tessia's forehead. Later in her room, Tessia gushed over Arthur kissing her and even fantasized about their future together, including their children.
With her relationship with Arthur restored, Tessia and Arthur began spending more time together, growing closer both physically and emotionally as Arthur continued assisting Tessia in assimilating with her beast will. After their recent session, Tessia boasted about how much stronger she was becoming, to which Arthur flicked the cocky princess, reminding her that she was only at half her true power as a result of the assimilation. Tessia retorted that Arthur was no better due to limiting his abilities, but Arthur pointed out that unlike her, he can decide when and where to use his full power. Arthur then teased Tessia over their childhood past where she made him sleep in the tent when she was too scared to sleep alone. Embarrassed, Tessia tackled Arthur and started to playfight with him until they were interrupted by her grandfather Virion. After realizing her compromising position, Tessia quickly jumped off of Arthur, even more embarrassed than before.
At the request of Virion, Arthur brought Tessia to his home before the Beast Glades Excursion to look after Tessia, albeit reluctantly. Tessia spent most of the time with Eleanor who wanted to show her how much better she had gotten with her bow, as well as Arthur's mother Alice. While drinking tea on the terrace, the two conversed over Tessia and Arthur's trip into the Beast Glades, where Alice makes it apparent that she is quite worried about Arthur, despite his strength. Tessia promised to look after Arthur while they were inside the dungeon while Alice asked Tessia to prioritize herself so as to not worry her family.
The Beast Glades Excursion[]
On the day of the Excursion, Tessia and Arthur arrived at the dungeon the Widow's Crypt, where they were grouped together with Clive Graves, Lucas Wykes, and Roland Alderman. Tessia was appointed as group leader, against Lucas's wishes to be leader. As their group entered the Widow's Crypt, Tessia could not help but admire the scenery, while Vanesy cautiously examined their surroundings, surprised at the lack of mana beasts. The class was suddenly ambushed by a horde of Snarlers. Against the insistence of Vanesy, the class insisted in remaining and fighting off the mana beasts, to which Vanesy complied. Tessia's group cunstructed a formation where Tessia acted as rearguard. Despite eliminating a good portion of Snarlers, Vanesy realized the students were getting exhausted the longer their fights dragged out against the never ending mana beasts. Vanesy ordered the class to fall back and exited the dungeon. As they retreated, Tessia and Arthur were separated as Arthur stayed behind with Professor Glory to fend off against a mutated Queen Snarler. Arthur unfortunately was seperated from Professor Glory during their battle and fell into the depths of the dungeon.
Upon returning to the surface, Tessia was forced to wait for Arthur to be rescued while she panicked over Arthur's safety. During that time, her Beast Will became corrupted, and began to overwhelm Tessia, causing her body to be wrapped in vines as it consume her, entrapping her in a cocoon of vines. Virion tried his best to free Tessia but was unsuccessful until Arthur returned. The vines around Arthur however, began attacking Arthur until the elixir Arthur purchased emerged from his storage ring and was absorbed into Tessia. Tessia's body regained control and was freed from her vine-like cocoon. As soon as she saw Arthur, Tessia embraced him, before passing out. After being examined by the doctors, it was discovered that Tessia, upon her full assimilation, Tessia's mana core was on the verge of reaching the Initial Silver Stage. Virion later took his granddaughter home to Elenoir where she would recuperate.
Season 5[]
While training with her grandfather, Virion encouraged her to attempt to release the first phase of her beast will. This would prove to be detrimental however, as Tessia's power continued to spiral. She became unable to control her now fully integrated beast will, causing vines to sprout from her body as they destroyed the castle and anything that stood in their path. Virion tried to cut the vines, but the more vines he sliced away, the more they would multiply. When it seemed Virion was at his wit's end, Arthur arrived. Together, Arthur and Virion swiftly chopped away at the vines as they fought back against them. Before the vines could enclose on Tessia's body, Arthur reached her body in time, and with his beast will, used his ice magic to freeze the surrounding vines and suppressed Tessia's beast will. Tessia stood quivering in front of Arthur, expressing her frustration over Arthur always being the one to save her. Arthur tried to comfort her, but Tessia stopped him, assuring him that it would be the last time he did so, as she would take this as an oppurtunity to grow so that she could fight by Arthur's side. The two gave each other a sincere smile before they were interrupted by Virion, who pointed out the destruction caused by Tessia's beast will. Realizing how close they were to each other, Tessia and Arthur quickly stepped back, flustered over their predicament.
Needing a new location, Virion has Tessia and Arthur accompany him to Rinia's new residence where they could converce. Tessia shut her eyes to rest after her ordeal, but was still conscious to Arthur and Virion's conversation over Tessia's accelerated growth as well as Virion's intentions to get her an artifact to suppress her mana until she can better control the beast will. Arthur also assured Virion that he would keep a close watch over her to prevent her from spiraling again. The conversation then took a turn when Virion compelled Arthur into admitting his feelings for Tessia. Tessia could barely maintain her composure after hearing Arthur's confession. Feigning just waking up, the trio were united with Tessia's parents who were also informed of what transpired at their castle, leaving Tessia embarrassed. As they made their way through the forest towards the edge of the kingdom, Virion warned Tessia and Arthur that Rinia had chosen to live in isolation away from the kingdom as well as set traps to protect herself, so they must be careful. In the meantime, Arthur conversed with Alduin, where the elven king expressed his gratitude towards Arthur for being there for his daughter when he and his wife could not, as well as his acceptance towards the idea of Arthur becoming his son-in-law. Their conversation did not go unnoticed however as everyone present could hear them, especially Tessia who was beyond embarrassed by her father.
Their family moment was interrupted however, as soon as Virion detected a presence. The family were on high alert, until Sylvie heard a rusling in a nearby bush. Arthur quickly unsheathed his sword and was prepared to attack when Rinia emerged from the bush. Arthur lunged at her, mistaking her for a monster, but Virion was quick to grab his disciple and stop him from attacking Rinia. Tessia rushed straight over to Rinia, embracing her and expressing her joy in seeing her again. Arriving in Rinia's home, the family quickly settled in as Rinia prepared everyone tea. Rinia however, spiked the tea with calming herbs, causing everyone but her and Arthur to fall asleep, as she only intended to speak with Arthur. The next morning while having breakfast, Rinia gave Tessia a beast seal artifact in the shape of a bracelet. With their time at an end, Rinia escorts Arthur and Tessia to her secret teleporter that can take them back to Xyrus. Tessia thanked Rinia once again and bid her family goodbye as she and Arthur return to Sapin.
The Attack on Xyrus Academy[]
Returning to Xyrus through the teleportation gate, Tessia was surprised to see there were no guards posted. Arthur recalled that the Aurora Constellate was happening that night and assumed that most of the staff were off duty to to trade being blocked off for the day. Tessia then looked up and was mesmerized at the sight of the Aurora Constellate. Tessia and Arthur then arrived at the Helstea Manor where they were greeted by Arthur's family as well as the Twin Horns. Angela Rose was quick to embrace Arthur, shoving his face into her chest as a result. Before Tessia could react in jealousy however, Angela immediately embraced her as well, calling her the cutest elf. With everyone finally present Tessia bid everyone goodnight as she needed to return to Xyrus Academy to resume her duties, as well as ask her mentor Director Goodsky to help her adjust to her suppression seal. Arthur offered to go with her, but Tessia assured him she would be fine by herself for one night, encouraging Arthur to stay at home and spend time with his family.
While taking a carriage back to Xyrus Academy, Tessia was lost in her thoughts over her situation with her mana core, when the carriage came to a halt. Tessia stepped out of the carriage only to find the entire school was encased by a barrier, preventing her from entering. Before she could instruct her coachman to turn around, the carriage was engulfed in flames, burning the coachman alive as well as knocking Tessia away. Tessia was then approached by the sinister Lucas Wykes as he ominously greeted her. Tessia attempted to save her coachman from the flames, only for Lucas to finish off the innocent bystander right in front of her. Lucas warns the princess that she should worry about herself rather than a commoner, in her situation. Tessia would not hear anything Lucas had to say, using her wind magic to push back Lucas. Seeing how fatigued Tessia was, Lucas mocked her efforts to thwart him, as she had no chance of defeating him. Lucas grabbed Tessia by the collar, telling her to stay obedient and he would take her as his prize when this was all over, proclaiming that she would enjoy her time with Lucas rather than Arthur.
Now realizing what this was all about, Tessia openly confronts and mocks Lucas over his petty grudge against Arthur and his desperation to fuel his inferiority complex, and was surprised that he would be so pathetic as to resort to becoming a lap dog for the cultists. Insulted by Tessia, Lucas tossed Tessia to the ground as she continued to taunt the selfish brat, proclaiming that Tessia doesn't understand anything about him. Lucas threatens to rip her apart if she didn't shut up, stating that he may not be allowed to kill her, but that doesn't mean he needed to keep her in one piece. With his guard down, Tessia removed her bracelet that restricted her mana and grabbed Lucas as she built up her mana, desperately trying to keep Lucas from taking her hostage. Tessia grabbed Lucas and with her wind magic, tossed Lucas into the air. Tessia proclaimed that she wouldn't let Lucas use her to hurt Arthur, even if it meant not leaving their fight alive. Having had enough playing around, Lucas exploded in rage as the force of his mana knocked Tessia out. Lucas picked up the bracelet to avoid any more needless confrontation as well as to keep Tessia alive. With his objective complete, Lucas then grabbed Tessia by her hair as he dragged her through the portal and into Xyrus Academy.
Tessia unfortunately remained unconscious for the duration of the Attack on Xyrus Academy, preventing her from helping anyone while the cultists as well as Lucas continued to slaughter the innocent students of Xyrus Academy. Thankfully however, she was rescued in time by Arthur and Sylvie, who managed to break through the barrier separating the school. As revenge for what Lucas had put her through, Arthur brutally mutilated the treacherous half-elf, and crushing his pelvis, killing him.
By the time Tessia had woken up, Xyrus Academy was destroyed and the perpetrators responsible for it had escaped. Hundreds of students as well as teachers had been killed and only a handful of the assailants were apprehended, and what was worse was that Arthur's best friend Elijah kidnapped by the Alacryans, and taken to their continent. Arthur as well was forced to leave Dicathen to train for the upcoming war, and was unable to say goodbye to Tessia. Tessia was of course distraught over the series of unfortunate events, but resolved herself to get stronger so that she would never have to helplessly watch such atrocities again. Tessia spent the next year training and preparing for the war against Alacrya. Tessia also became more involved in the matters of the Council under her grandfather. Her mentor Cynthia was left comatose after she revealed everything she knew about Alacrya.
With news of the Alacryans having once again infiltrated Dicathen, Tessia was adamant in joining the warfront. Virion absolutely refused this however, believing she was far from ready to take on such responsibility. Aldir as well advised against this as the news of Tessia's involvement in the war could impede Arthur's training. Frustrated over their refusal, Tessia attempted to leave the castle grounds, but was stopped by the guards who were not given notice by the Council or Lord Aldir that she was allowed to leave. They were soon interupted however by the appearance of Lance Varay Aurae who claimed Tessia was running an errand with her. Unable to argue with a Lance, the guards teleported the ladies to Etisin City. Arriving at Etisin, Varay instructed Tessia to keep her sword out at all times, as there was no telling what could happen in times of war. While making their way through the city, Tessia inquired as to how Curtis and Kathyln were progressing in their training, to which Varay informed her that the Glayder siblings were improving, but between the two, Kathyln is progressing much faster as she had always been a gifted mage among her peers since she was young. Tessia found this statement slightly amusing as she reminded her that she was not nearly as gifted as all her peers, subtly referring to Arthur. Varay however was quick to retort that Arthur was an anomaly, and can only imagine how much stronger he will have become once he returns.
Tessia ponders over whether Alacrya could find its way to Etisin City, as their continent in located to the west, making Etisin their closest location. Varay assures Tessia that it would be impossible for them as they had no way of reaching their continent over the large body of ocean, hence why they are using the teleportation gates they have hidden in the Beast Glades. Tessia then detected a figure approaching her carrying a large stack of papers. Mistaking them for an assailant, Tessia instinctively drew her sword and pinned the unknown person to the ground, only to discover that it was in fact her old classmate Emily Watsken. Tessia was quick to apologize, but Emily assured her that she was the one in the wrong for not seeing where she was going. While she was happy to see her old student council president again, Emily expressed her need to leave as she needed to report back to her mentor Gideon who had been requested aid and assistance from a Lance. With Lance Varay present with Tessia, the two insisted on accompanying her to see Gideon.
Making their way to Gideon, the ladies vented to each other their stress and frustration over their predicaments: Emily's over how sloven and abrasive Gideon is and Tessia's over how overbearing her grandfather has been. Emily inquired if Tessia had learned anthing about Arthur, to which Tessia responds that Aldir refuses to tell her anything other than the same excuse that Arthur is training. Emily also asked if there was any news about Elijah, to which Tessia was left disheartened over, as there was no reports about him, feeling guilty over his capture after he tried to save her. The three ladies arrived at Gideon's warehouse, where he was heard at the entrance yelling at one of his subordinates over their incompetence in handling mana stones. Gideon quickly approached the ladies and took the documents from Emily, reading over them quickly as he tossed them away. Gideon then let out an aggrevated sigh as he asked the ladies present to come with him to the eastern coast of the Beast Glades.
Arriving at the coast, the people were met with horror at the sight of the abandoned Dicatheous, washed up on the shores of their continent. Gideon however was quick to dismiss Tessia's assumption as it was not in fact his ship the Dicatheous, but in fact a ship created by the Alacryan's based on the Dicatheous, revealing they now had the ability to travel across large bodies of water.
